Description

KW SUSPENSIONS V3 'INOX-LINE' COILOVER KIT

The KW V3 Coilover Kit with its independently adjustable compression and rebound stage damping gives cutting edge motorsports technology for more performance on the road, making this the ideal coilover kit for those drivers who are looking to improve the overall performance of their vehicle's suspension.

.

The V3 coilovers’ high quality chassis, springs and elastomer spring elements significantly reduce body pitching and rolling movements during load changes to give the benefit of more direct handling and confidence while driving, as well as shortening braking distances. Providing a significant plus in safety reserves in road traffic.

Featuring TVR-A and TVC-A technology that provides separately adjustable rebound and compression damping.  The damper set up can be customized to your personal driving preferences or vehicle changes such as weight, tires, wheels or altered vehicle rigidity.  The extensive adjustment range of these technologies make it easier to directly influence the steering behavior, directional stability grip and handling characteristics of your vehicle for confident and repeatable results.

Maximum lowering can be achieved with KW V3 Coilovers that, within an approved lowering rate, ensures proper functioning suspension and adequate travel when the vehicle is lowered. Ride height continues to be easily adjustable, even after years of use, due to the dirt resistant trapezoidal thread and composite adjustment collar.

What is TVR-A Technology?  It is a two stage, patented technology (Twin Valve Rebound-Adjustable) that enables a small volume of oil to flow through an adjustable low speed bypass during low damper speeds, in higher damper speeds the main rebound stage valve opens allowing a larger volume of oil to flow. This provides a big improvement in terms of ride comfort without influencing the safety-relevant high-speed range. 16 precise clicks adjustment available, that allows you to choose between more comfort or more body control.

What is TVC-A Technology?  This is a patented 12 click adjustable twin valve compression technology that can increase or decrease the flow of the valve to achieve either more or less low speed compression damping that acts to avoid the transmitting of unwanted forces through the suspension to the chassis. Proving a better platform for the body and offering more comfort than conventional valve technology during high wheel acceleration

The KW Variant 3 ‘INOX-LINE’ Coilover Kit has been developed and manufactured in-house at KW’s facility in Germany, specifically for the particular vehicle. The V3 coilovers undergo comprehensive stress testing and fine tuning, as do all KW coilovers, at their 7-post Driving Dynamic Test Center and on the Nürburgring.
