Please contact us immediately at info@cloud9ab.com or on 561-725-4572 should you wish to return an item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be eligible for a refund.
  • A customer may return any new, unopened and undamaged item in original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund minus a restock fee of 20% and shipping costs. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. Upon approval, we will be refund through your original payment method less the restocking fee and shipping costs.
  • Special orders items such as custom built wheels, drilled to order, custom finish, individually customized wheels may not be returned under any circumstances and are not eligible for a refund.
  • Wheels are not eligible for return if tires have been mounted on them.
  • Used items are not eligible for return.
  • If goods are being returned due to our error such an incorrect or defective item sent then we will pay the return shipping costs.
  • Items shipped direct from the supplier/manufacturer may have a different restocking or/and other fee as determined by them and we reserve the right to charge these fees. In some cases it may be as high as 30%.
  • Cancelled orders including pre-orders and back-orders may also be subject to a restocking fee.
  • It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address is correct and failure to do so is not grounds for a refund.
  • Return shipping costs on Rejected Requests (i.e. fully operational, undamaged items) will be billed to the customer. 
  • We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 20% on all orders cancelled or refunded.
  • You can expect to see your refund in approximately 3 weeks of you returning the item, if the item is approved for a refund. This time is required to take into consideration the shipping time back to us, inspection and processing of your return, and the time it may take for your bank to process the refund.
